I was so looking forward to this item. It looked so cool. NOT! 1. The backflow incense that works with this item and they sell you smells like burnt wood. Like a forest fire. It smells like your house is burning down. I tried to buy other incense to salvage it, but it needs the backflow kind. If the incense smelled good, I may have kept it, but I’m returning this thing. Who wants to smell burned wood in their home? 2. The smoke did not flow down. It reached the second tier and then would wisp away. You have to close all windows and turn off all air supply. Don’t walk passed it. So, you have to close all your windows and turn off the AC to get smoked out. No thank you. :0/

I was really excited when I got this it takes me back to the ’70s when people used to use these incense all the time then sent cones they have a small sweet smell to them but you can also smell a little burnt smell so when I first set it up it was in the kitchen and it was working as advertised the white Smokey mist will start running down just like the show on the videos and it was really neat I liked it but then I opened the front door and the small breeze that came in prevented it from working the way it was supposed to so if you wanted to work as advertised you have to put it somewhere where there is no breeze at all but besides that overall I was satisfied also after you use it if you’re not going to use it for a while you have to clean it with soap and water because there is a smell that comes from it and it is noticeable so if you’re not going to use it put it in a plastic bag and put it away in the closet somewhere you will notice the smell

When they say windless environment boy do they mean it. It should read stagnant. Just walking past it interrupts the flow significantly. The smoke never made it past the 3rd cup. I did receive 121 cones but I didn’t get any of 2 of the scents & the extra cone was a mystery scent. Also there was smoke for only 5 minutes and completely to ash in 7. The sticks are disappointing too. They are no bigger around than a toothpick and are only 4.25 inches long. The holder itself is pretty but if I would’ve paid full price I would be sending it back but since it was marked down 38% I’m going to keep it.
