Two Usages: Our incense burner can be used both with incense cones and incense sticks. Two usages have been shown on the picture. To ensure the smoke back flow, please use in an indoor environment without wind. After use, please put it back into the original packaging and store it in a dry place. Please NOTE: The incense burner will only have smoke steam down when used with incense cones, but not when used with incense sticks.
Upgraded Cones & 7 Fragrances: The incense cones have been upgraded for better smell and longer lasting. 7 Fragrances include Jasmine, Lavender, Rose, Green Tea, Apple, Sandalwood and Osmanthus. Everyone’s sensitivity to scents varies, so it’s important to choose a fragrance that you enjoy. Select your preferred scent to use as fragrance beads.
Hand Crafted & Easy to Clean: The waterfall incense holders are all hand crafted. It’s easy to clean after using. Flush the incense burner body with boiling water, and the stain on the censer will be removed.

The design for this product is nice. However, the smell is not great. I lit the lavender and it smelled like burnt wood. Not to mention my eyes are burning from the smoke which I have placed the item far away from me. Also, I think the cones should have been separated into their own bag.
I was thinking about returning the item, but the design goes well with my living room decor.

The hole at the top that lets the smoke bleed through to the fountain feature is off center so it’s a bit of a trick to get the cone to sit over it without falling over. The packaged cones are absolute crap and only burn for 2 or 3 minutes……

Thought it’d be more red than brown but it’s still worth the $$. While the cones it came with weren’t as pleasant as I’d hoped, I just bought some different ones that I like. It is true if the temperature inside your home is too cold or if there’s a breeze it will disrupt the flowing smoke but it’s well worth the $$. Very tranquil and peaceful. I’ve seen one’s with a clear cover so that a breeze doesn’t bother the flow of smoke. Guess I’ll try one if those too. Still keeping this one! It’s beautiful
