Surface not flat, very unstable. Not something you’d feel comfortable walking away from. Would’ve been ideal for the size and what I was looking for.

Getting the smoke to flow like the picture is hard. Any air current will effect it being like the picture.
Is pretty when it works.

Cute. VERY tiny. But above all, very wobbly and unsafe base.

Beautiful product, exactly as pictured. A couple of things:
. It is actually a little difficult to get the smoke to waterfall properly into the pond. You have to move the neck a little and angle it correctly, but just expect that it won’t flow through the whole time, it’s still gorgeous to look at
. Not sure if it applies to all back-flow incense cones, but the ones I used left a dark oily substance behind on the leaf and pond portion. It wipes off with a tissue, just a heads-up to not stain your hands or clothes
. I like the brass, it feels a little more high-end than other kinds of ceramic back-flow incense burners

Works great with back flow cones. In the video there’s a tad bit of a draft so you may not see as much smoke going into the lotus leaf but it does follow the flow. Easy to bend into place and built with good quality.

I find the whole idea of Backflow incense fascinating. It is enjoyable and relaxing to watch.
This burner is small, which I wanted. It is solid brass which is sturdy and attractive (to me.). I find the design with the little frog on the bottom appealing.
It works the way is is supposed to. I have used it it’s some HEM Lavender incense, ( available on Amazon.) You do need incense that is designed for it, or you won’t get the Backflow. You will probably notice that the incense does not burn for a long time, but the scent will linger for hours.
As the smoke flows down, it will leave a coating of resin on the surfaces. (This will be true of any Backflow burner.) So every couple of burns, I would recommend washing it with warm water & dish soap.

It is the cutest little thing but so functional for small spaces I absolutely love it 🙂

Its so small, cute and very sturdy. It fits perfectly within my small space. If you want a incense burner that doesn’t take up much room on a shelf, etc. then this is a great choice. Just remember to leave some empty space around it while in use. 🙂

This is my first backflow incense burner. I actually love how small and unobtrusive this burner is, when it’s not in-use it looks like a small trinket and blends in perfectly with my other decor. It functions perfectly. As others have mentioned the smoke will move around if there’s a small gust, but I have it in area with low air movement so it’s not an issue for me. Because the burner is smaller and less enclosed, the smoke that overflows outside the burner will leave a residue on that surface. It’s not difficult to clean-up, and I’ve placed the burner on a small silicone pad to help catch some residue as well. But I’m fine with this, because I’d rather have an aesthetically pleasing burner than one that is much larger and obtrusive looking. Every 2 to 3 burns I would recommend running the burner under water and wiping out the reside that builds up on the burner itself too.

The product was totally bent out of shape and broke as soon as I tried to straighten it. The instructions said if it comes bent, don’t worry just straighten it, I was following instructions.

This is cute, small, and the incense does flow down. It’s fun to watch.
But it’s hard to clean. It gets gummy with residue after 3-4 uses, and the buildup prevents the cone from sitting properly, which prevents the backflow from happening as it should. Needs vinegar or soap and water to clean. I put it away, it’s too much trouble.
