My order came completely shattered don’t know if this was a delivery problem or a packaging problem but the styrofoam it came in was wrapped and the incense was shoved on the side:( very disappointing. But the cones and incense smell amazing

The concept is great. The smoke does go all the way down. Also, the ‘smell travels far. BUT, the smell is HORRIBLE. I tried different cones that were supplied, and it’s the same thing. Hopefully, at the plant that makes them, the workers wears a mask.

Packaging was pretty good, it seemed a little tight fitting all the items into one exact box but nothing was crushed so I can’t really complain. The product works as detailed and overall so happy for the quality and price of this! She loved it 😊

Super great product in theory but the burning cones smelled awful, more like burning than any of the actual smells. Also the air in the room has to be PERFECTLY still for the smoke to actually take a waterfall effect.

I love to watch this while it’s working. The incense smell is strong so if your sensitive you might want to buy a less intense brand but the burner is so cool. Totally great for my meditation time at home.
